We only employ experienced employees. Our team will help in the design of the pallet, first we make sketches and the necessary measurements so that your pallet is best suited to your needs and is trouble-free.
Automated production
The company has fully automated machines, which not only affects the speed of production, but also the quality and facilities that enable the production of the most non-standard pallets. The plant has a modern, fully automated line for nailing standard – disposable pallets. In order to increase production efficiency, the plant additionally has two automatic lines for nailing pallet connectors. In order to increase the flexibility of production, the company produces pallet elements in-house. Many years of experience and the possessed machine park allow for the production of the highest quality products, which are a source of customer satisfaction. Currently, the company is implementing another investment strategy that will allow for a significant increase in the offer and will further affect the attractiveness of our company as a potential business partner.
Ecology
For the production of our pallets, we use wood purchased in the State Forests. Thanks to this, we are sure that our raw material has been obtained in harmony with nature. Our products are made of wood obtained in accordance with the principles of FSC and PEFC. The bark recovered from production is sorted and sold as compost or mulch material for gardening.
Additionally, the wood debarking process allows the company to produce high-quality sawdust and paper chips. This material, free of impurities, is readily used in the production of pellets and chipboards.
Transport
We have our own road transport, both for goods – delivery of the product to the customer, and specialist – for the transport of wood raw material. Thanks to this, we are independent from other service providers, we can always deliver pallets on time, which allows us to better organize our production processes and reduce customer costs.
